In 2000, Westside was built in partnership with the City of Calgary and our community members who raised more than $4 million towards the total construction cost of $30 million. Many hours of dedicated work by our Fund Development Committee and community volunteers, resulted in the magnificent facility that we all enjoy today.

With great generosity and foresight, our Sponsors and Donors made a commitment to Westside that is unprecedented in Calgary. Westside would not have been possible without their generous financial support. They are the mortar that holds the building together!
