Facility Access For Youth

Youth Facility Access (formerly Level 1)

• Available to all youth 10 – 12 years of age
• Completion of the Youth Facility Access orientation allows access to aquatic park, leisure ice and gyms without parental supervision
• Orientation includes a swim-to-survive test, completion of personal contact information and a review of behavioral expectations
• Youth must bring a bathing suit and parent/legal guardian must be present to sign the access form

Orientations start at the Customer Service Desk at the following times:

Mon – Fri                 6:00 PM 

Sat – Sun                 1:00 PM 

Statutory Holidays    1:00 PM
