- Family is defined as a maximum of 2 adults and their dependent children under 18 years of age, all of whom must reside together.
- Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied at all times while in the facility by a paid individual 16 years or older.
- Un-parented facility access is available to children 10-12 years of age who have completed the complimentary Westside Youth Facility Access Orientation or the former Level 1/1+ Orientation.
