Kids Night Out

Need a night off? Give yourself a break and the kids a great evening, too!

Westside's Kids Night Out offers a variety of themes and fun activities for children from 2Y to 12Y.  No need to make dinner, a pizza meal is included!

Choose from the following dates:

October 13
November 17
December 8

Fall Drop-in Activities

A number of Westside programs and activities start up again in September.  We look forward to seeing you back!

Parent & Tot
Begins Monday, September 11.
Runs Monday, Tuesday, Friday 10:00 AM until Noon; Saturday 11:00 AM until Noon.

Begins Tuesday, September 5.
Runs Tuesday, Thursday 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM.

Returns to Fall hours of operation.
Open until Thanksgiving Monday, October 9, weather permitting.

How Much Exercise Do I Need?
The World Health Organization advises that 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity plus 2 sessions of muscle strengthening each week is ideal.
