How to Register

Registering for a Westside program is as easy as 1-2-3!

1.  Online
Self-serve registration is available online at eRegistration.

2.  In Person
Visit our Customer Service Desk between 9 AM and 8 PM daily.

3.  By Phone
Call our Customer Service Desk at 403.531.5875 Ext 300 between 9 AM and 8 PM daily.

• General Registration Information

  To obtain your Login ID and Account PIN for online registration, contact us at 403.531.5875 Ext 0 or visit the Customer Service Desk in person.

  Payment is required at the time of registration.  Program prices do not reflect GST.

  ---

  Westside accepts Visa, MasterCard and AMEX.  In person payment options also include Debit, Cash and Cheque.

• Registered Program Withdrawal Policy

  Seven days or more before program start date:
  Withdrawals will be processed as a full credit to your Westside account or a refund less a $25 administration fee.

  Transfers from one program to another, subject to availability, will be processed with no administration fee.

  ---

  Less than seven days before program start date:
  Withdrawals or transfers will only be processed due to medical reasons (physician’s letter must be provided within two weeks of notification of withdrawal or transfer).

• Registered Program Cancellation

  In the event that a program does not fill to minimum requirements, Westside reserves the right to cancel the course with approximately seven days notice prior to the intended start date.

  In such cases, program fees will be credited in full. Refunds are processed upon request.
